The Answers You Need

The following is a carefully thought-out and curated list of the questions that several customers have asked in the past. If you have a question for us, please go through our list before getting in touch. If you still can’t find the answers you’re looking for, please contact us directly and someone on the team will be happy to assist you.

 

Shipping & Return Policy

Due to the COVID-19 impact, please be advised that package delivery times may be extended. 

 

Domestic Shipping

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. All Orders will be shipped once payment is cleared. Once we ship your product, we will not be able to intercept your package.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. All shipping is based on Business days and excludes holidays. 

 

For International Shipping

After placing your order, please allow 7 business days for processing times. Please be aware that there may be potential customs processing times that may delay your delivery. We have no control over customs or their processing times. Customs fees may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs fees. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please be sure to double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly to the wrong addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost or will have the option to be refunded minus the shipping cost. 

 

All Lost/Stolen Packages 

Once orders are in transit, Dark Phoenix Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your order(s) has a confirmed delivery to the customer’s address, we receive that as a successful delivery. In the case that the package did not arrive but has a confirmed delivery, you will need to contact the carrier for retrieving your items.

 

Exchanges or Returns

Due to hygienic/sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or cancelations once your order has been placed. Everyone's skin is different. Though our products are formulated for all skin types, what may be successful for others, may not be successful for everyone. We urge all customers to patch test trying the product on a small area of skin for their first-time usage.
